Smoking consists in the smoking wood chips put on the bottom of the smoker being heated from below, which leads to production of flavouring smoke. Excess fat released during smoking drips down to a special drip tray, thanks to which it does not burn and the smoker on the whole emits very little smoke. At the same time, this tray ensures that the fuel does not come into contact with the food being smoked. The special burners are fitted with a flame adjustment function, allowing to increase or decrease the temperature within the smoking chamber.
