The Pentax PF-80ED-A spotting scope is a large, high-performance optical instrument featuring an 80mm premium objective lens. It is compatible with any 1.25-inch astronomical eyepiece and 82mm filters. Built for durability and precision, it offers 100% waterproof and fogproof protection, a full metal body with rugged rubber armor, and a rotating tripod collar with a 45° stop for comfortable viewing positions. The fully multi-coated lenses use Pentax’s renowned SMC (Super Multi-Coating) technology, enhanced with an ED (Extra-low Dispersion) element that ensures razor-sharp edges even when viewing or photographing high-contrast subjects.
